JB4 controller has been the first calibration hardware and software package for many of the BMW platforms over the years. They continue to support the N54, N55, and S55 equiped BMWs. The JB4 is VL Performance's preferred calibration tool when it comes to controlling things like port fuel injection and single nozzle meth injection. JB4 matched with a VLP custom back end calibration can yield some very impressive horsepower and torque numbers.

xHP is the worldwide first and complete tuning solution for your BMW with a ZF6HP automatic transmission. Since introduction of the ZF 6HP transmissions in BMW vehicles in the early 2000s they remained a blackbox for calibrators. While the ZF units have been tuned for many years now in other vehicles, BMW applied intense encryption and signature mechanisms to avoid calibrators from so. While this is understandable from a manufacturers perspective, it does not satisfy the needs of BMW enthusiasts worldwide. We regularly reference Malone tuning when looking at specialized platforms when a customer wants the best performance, fuel mileage, and drivability.
